Rebecca’s mission as a kinesiologist is to empower individuals to move with ease and confidence. She designs tailored exercise programs for pain management, enhancing muscular strength, and optimizing mobility; all of which are informed by evidence-based practices. Her approach combines her academic background with insights gained as an athlete, enabling her to create effective, goal-oriented exercise plans that fit each client’s unique needs.
Rebecca’s passion for kinesiology began with her interest in biology and her love for sports. Growing up as a soccer player and track athlete, she’s always been inspired by the power of movement and is committed to helping others find strength, resilience, and confidence in their bodies. Outside of work, Rebecca likes going to the gym, reading, and trying new coffee shops
